  • How many people are required for a group?
  • The minimum number is 10 people, but every group is different and there are no strict rules.

  • Is there a minimum age?
  • The minimum age depends on the type of accommodation, if there are members in your group younger than 18, please mention it in your booking.

  • What kind of accommodations do you provide?
  • We provide all sorts of accommodation mostly in London, so you just tell us your preferences and how much you would like to spend and we will find the best solution for you.

  • Do your rates include tax and service charges?
  • Yes all our rates include VAT and service charges.

  • Are the rates of group-reservation.com cheaper than the rates of the hotels themselves?
  • Definitely! Since we have special contracts with accommodation providers we are able to offer you best prices on accommodation worldwide.


      Booking

    • What is the best way to make a booking at group-reservation.com?
    • The best way to book is using our group-reservation.com website or to call our group booking team at +44(0)870 042 9291.

    • Which name should be given for the group booking?
    • Just enter the name of the organizer or any responsible person, e.g. the name of the credit card holder.

    • How long will it take to get a confirmation of the group booking?
    • During office hours (8am – 10pm, 7 days per week) it will take approximately 20 minutes after you have booked.

      Due to wrong credit card details, the availability of the accommodation or any other cause it may occur that we are not able to send you the confirmation within 20 minutes but we will contact you in these cases as soon as possible.
      If you do not receive a confirmation or any notice at all please contact us within a few days or else we will be forced to remove your booking from our system.


      Payment

    • What are the methods of payment?
    • To book directly and getting the confirmation on the same day you need a credit, switch, or solo card. You can also pay the full amount by bank transfer.

    • Why do I have to include my credit card number?
    • Since there is a 10% non-refundable deposit attached to the booking it is necessary to include your credit card number. This deposit will guarantee the availability of the rooms you requested. Alternatively you can pay the full amount in advance by bank transfer.

    • Is the person who supplies the credit card number responsible for the group?
    • Everyone in the group is responsible for their own actions, but in case of any misbehaviour or damage we will hold the credit card holder responsible.
    • What type of credit card do you accept?
    • We accept Visa, Master Card, Switch, Delta, Solo, Amex, and JCB.


      Rooms and facilities

    • What time can I check in and check out?
    • We are generally quite flexible as it depends on the needs of your group and the policy of the accommodation provider. Generally you can check in as early as 11am and check out as late as 10am.

    • Is a late night check-in possible?
    • If a late -night check in is required, please mention it on your booking form and we will accommodate your request for you.

    • Is breakfast included in the rate?
    • If required, we can quote you a rate including breakfast. Also, we can arrange lunches or dinners upon your request.

    • Is there a pick up service for the group?
    • We can arrange a taxi or limo service to transport your group to and from your accomodations. Please feel free to contact us for any questions regarding transport to your accommodation.

    • Are linen provided?
    • Yes, in every hotel and hostel linen is provided.


      Cancellation and changes

    • What is the cancellation policy?
    • The cancellation policy is dependant upon the size of the group and the type of accommodation chosen. Contact your booking consultant to learn about your cancellation policy regarding your accommodation and arrangements.

    • What should I do If I want to change my group booking?
    • Just contact us and we will arrange everything for you.

    • What are we supposed to do if we want to check-out earlier?
    • Please contact your accommodation directly and tell them about the changed duration of your stay. It depends on the cancellation policy of the hotel or hostel, if there are any extra charges. Please note, that the deposit you have already paid is non-refundable.
